The parish has two halls. One at Holy Trinity and the other at St Columba. As well as being used by many church groups and uniformed organizations, they are also available for bookings externally.
There are certain conditions of hire that must be observed and kept. The parish also reserves the right to refuse a booking request made by an individual or a group.
The cost of hire for each of the halls are charged by the hour and are reviewed annually. The fee for the hire is charged at the rate in force when the hall is being used and not at the rate at the time of making the booking. For example making a booking today for an event 12 months in advance, would mean that the hire charge would be calculated at the rate in force in 12 months’ time and not at today’s current rate.
